Gastric Cancer (GC) is the fifth leading cancer in world and third cause of cancer-related death. The 5-year survival rate advanced gastric less than 30%, it very important to prevent cancer. Current methods are eradication H. pylori, early endoscopic diagnosis treatment. Chemoprevention using natural, synthetic, or biological substances prevent, reverse development cancer, thereby reducing incidence mortality We will discuss target chemoprevention for based on clue regeneration mucosal epithelium from perspectives stem cell proliferation differentiation.
